😩More on Panic Attacks:

I have very few panic attacks anymore. The biggest thing that I learned that helped them to go away was actually to STOP fighting it. I let myself feel the pain, acknowledge it, say goodbye to it, and continue on guilt-free.

This is important for your healing. So before you try to “push past the feelings” make sure you acknowledge them.

Your mind can teach your body to stop reacting in fear and panic, but only after you learn to let it all go!
