UnBound Me is a four-step video course on everything you need to know about making loving, Godly boundaries.
When I was looking for help during my husband's battle with addiction I was told by everyone to make, and stick to, boundaries. The problem was, I didn't know what boundaries were. I made appointments with counsellors and pastors, read books and learned about healthy boundaries but no matter what I did, nothing felt like it was working.
The only thing I knew for sure was that what I was doing, wasn't bringing me joy.
Thankfully, God knew what I needed...
to break the chains of addiction.
Addiction is well-known to be the "family disease". But, why? Doesn't God's Word promise freedom? Peace? Joy? Blessings?
"Can the promises of God coexist with addiction in the home?"
Yes! This is where the UnBound Me Course comes in.
UnBound Me is for women with loved ones in both the active addiction and recovery phase.
It's not designed to replace advice from a professional therapist or spiritual leader, support groups or medication but to take your relationship with God to the next level so you may be full of renewed hope and your heart flooded with God's love!
"I'm interested! How do I know if this course is for me?"
This course is for you if...
√ You don't know what, "You need to make boundaries" means
√ You have boundaries made but they don't work and you're not sure why
√ You have good boundaries made (they're working!) but you have trouble following through once they've been broken
√ You're the wife, mother or other close relative of an addict
√ Your loved one is addicted to drugs, alcohol, sex, gambling or pornography
√ You want to align your boundaries with God's Word and "do this" God's way
√ You want to learn how to react to sin with grace and cut the drama out of your life
This course is not a good fit for you if...
• You aren't willing to make personal changes in your own life
• Don't have some kind of relationship with a loved one struggling with an addiction
• You prefer to do things the way the world and scientific community suggests
• You're a man. I mean, you can totally take the course but it's heavily woman-focused. I'll get to you one day, men. One day!
• You're trying to escape an abusive relationship. Please protect yourself and seek professional help before trying to make boundaries on a dangerous relationship.
You'll have lifetime access to all the lessons and also any future, added bonus videos.
The course is fully optimized for easy viewing on any smartphone or tablet if you prefer to work on-the-go.
The course comes with a pretty workbook you can print out to complete by hand or fill out on the computer and save for future reference.

"Oh, okay! That's actually, totally doable... but I'm still not sure."
"If the course doesn't help me, I can get my money back? I wish they did that with college classes, I would have saved thousands!"
Me too, my friend. I'm pretty sure I've never found a use for my Egyptian history class. Snore.
(I apologize if you're super into Egyptian history)
"That's great! What else do I need to know?"
Maybe, who I am?
"Yeah, that might be helpful! Who are you and why don't you show your face?"
That's a good question...
Hello, I'm Leah Grey.
Author, blogger & founder of Grey Ministries.
I'm a real, small-town girl who moved to New York City full of hopeful aspirations until my husband went into long-term treatment for addiction. Unable to afford to stay, I picked up my childhood dreams and moved back home to my rural, Canadian beach town with my two young boys. From rooftop city skyline views to my parent’s basement, in the darkest time of my life, I created Grey Ministries to support, encourage and empower women with loved ones who struggle with addiction.
Behind the scenes, I have a tall, dark and handsome (sober!) husband and a new, old house overrun by boys growing into elephants. I was a hairstylist for ten years, I'm an absolute decorating nut, healthy food lover and have the softest, most unfriendly cat ever, Stella. I'm going public this year so hang onto your tissues because it's going to be one very emotional "coming out of the anonymous closet" party! (Sounds fun, right?!)
I've been featured on...
"You seem legit."
"Let's do this."
Sure thing! Click below to save and purchase the early-bird special.
"Okay... but I want you to know that if it sucks I'm asking for my money back."
....... I'll bet it will still have been more useful than Egyptian history class!
How long is the course?
It's self-guided so it will depend on how you work! I've broken the course down into four "steps". Each step has five videos about ten to fifteen minutes long each. There's also a workbook to go along with the course that you can do at your own leisure.
What's expected of me?
You'll be responsible to do the work. I can give you the tools you need to find joy in your season but it's up to you whether you use them. Another important note, we're all in a different place in our relationship with God. It's not a relationship that develops quickly overnight so be patient if you're new to Christianity and God seems far away!
What currency is the price in?
The price is in American Dollars.
How long will I be able to access the course
Forever! Upon purchasing, you'll be sent a password to unlock the course pages.
What makes UnBound Me different from books and other courses on making boundaries?
First and foremost, this course is about making God-centered boundaries. The second big difference is the way it's taught. We don't go to school to learn how to handle life (maybe we should!). UnBound Me is set up like an interactive, educational seminar more than a book would be or even, therapy.
What if I have questions or need help with something?
I highly encourage joining the "Live, Love, Hope" Community to ask questions and be supported on your journey. You can also email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll respond as quickly as I'm able.
Is the, "Live, Love, Hope" Community actually private?
Yes! It's 100% private. No one from your personal Facebook account will be able to see what you post, like or share.
